This is the 4th video of NINO'S CUISINE, wich shows a step-by-step guide of how to cook a portuguese dish, "Duck Rice" (or "Arroz de Pato"), traditionally from the region of Minho, in the north of Portugal. The recipe has been adapted by Nino Guitar, and therefore does not contain pork, due to cultural reasons.
