A quick, easy, on the go breakfast shake. --- 1 c. Ice Cubes (half coffee if you want) 1/2 c. Milk 1/2 c. Chilled black coffee 1 pkg. Carnation Instant Breakfast, or slimfast powder. (if using Slimfast powder, just use 1 scoop) 1 tsp. unflavored fiber powder --- Place everything in the blender and blend until smooth! Pour in a glass, toss in a straw and enjoy!
