How To Make Seekh Kebabs accompanied with a cool mint chutney sauce. Below is everything you will need. In this video we use the "blender" method. Quick, easy with no fuss. We also grill the kebabs which is healthier than shallow frying. We havn't overpowered the kebabs with too many spices. These spices are available at your local Asian convieneint stores or in the Asian food section of Supermarkets... If you have any questions don't hesistate to ask...Love Aunty x For the Seekh Kebabs you will need: 2lb Chicken Mince (Keema-leg is reccomended) A handful of Corriander 1 heaped teaspoon of Garam Masala 1 teaspoon of Cumin Seeds 1 teaspoon of Salt (Use as you like) 2 pieces of bread (Tip: use the fatty pieces of bread on a loaf!) 1 Medium Onion (Chopped) 1 blender 6-12 Seekhs (Skeewers- Make sure these are soaked in water) Mint Chuntey: A handful of corriander 3-4 leaves of Freash mint or Colemans mint sauce!
