blog.kosher.com | Jamie Geller from Kosher.com shows you how to make her Roasted Sweet Vegetables in Spicy Cinnamon Cider Kosher recipe. This side dish is perfect with chicken or turkey! Simmer apple cider, white wine vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, light brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, Kosher salt and margarine in a medium pan. Pour over butternut squash, baby carrots, golden raisins, regular raisins, and sweet potatoes. Cover and bake at 375 for an hour and a half. Jamie Geller is the author of the critically-acclaimed cookbook, "Quick and Kosher Recipes from the Bride Who Knew Nothing" (Feldheim Publishers, 2007)
