WORLDS EASIEST CUPCAKES!!! Follw this recipe and no joke it's foolproof!!! Measurements are as follows For 24 cupcakes/1 sandwich cake 6oz sugar 6oz butter 6oz self raising flour 3 eggs (at least medium) vanilla extract/vanilla pods (to taste) 1 tsp baking powder (optional) For 12 cupcakes 3oz sugar 3oz butter 3oz self raising flour 2 eggs (at least medium) vanilla extract/vanilla pods (to taste) 1/2 tsp baking powder (optional) cream the sugar and the butter beat in the eggs mix in the flour ass baking powder add vanilla to taste put in preheated oven (180) for 12 mins (for cupcakes) if you're making a sandwich cake but the two tins in the oven at the same temperature for approx 25mins...do not open the oven until after this time when you can check if it is ready! As a test to see if it is cooked through put in a fork or a knife, if it comes out clean it's done, if it has bits of cake stuck to it it probably needs 5/10 mins.
