Onigiri exist in uncountable varieties. They come with different types of fillings and flavours. I used Asian ingedients to come up with a sweet type of onigiri. Being something that soothes your sweet tooth it actually is quite healthy, since there are no artificial sweetener or sugar involved. I use Coconut Syrup to sweeten the rice, dried Prunes for the sweet filling and Pandan Extract to flavour the rice and give it some colour. Watch it, try and tell me whether you liked it or what other fillings you tried. Enjoy
