Onigiri exist in uncountable varieties. They come with different types of fillings and flavours. I used Asian ingedients to come up with a sweet type of onigiri. Being something that soothes your sweet tooth it actually is quite healthy, since there are no artificial sweetener or sugar involved. I use Coconut Syrup to sweeten the rice, dried Prunes for the sweet filling and Pandan Extract to flavour the rice and give it some colour.
