In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make a Chocolate Raspberry Milkshake. This is a rich, silky milkshake that makes a great summertime drink (or dessert!). Ingredients: ½ cup milk (Use less, if you want a thicker milkshake.) 2 cups rich chocolate ice cream (I used Edy's chocolate ice cream.) ¼ cup raspberry preserves 1 cup raspberries, washed and frozen ¼ cup confectioner's sugar (This is the same as powdered sugar or icing sugar.) whipped topping (or sweetened whipped cream), optional for garnish (See Quick Tip 108 in bettyskitchen for making sweetened whipped cream topping.) frozen Chocolate Raspberry Buttons, optional for garnish (See Quick Tip 109 in bettyskitchen for making Chocolate Raspberry Buttons.) Place ½ cup milk, 2 cups chocolate ice cream, ¼ cup raspberry preserves, 1 cup raspberries, and ¼ cup confectioner's sugar in a blender. Blend on "Milkshake" setting until smooth. Pour immediately into tall dessert glasses. Top each with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream and about 3 frozen Chocolate Raspberry Buttons. Serve immediately. YUM! --Betty 
