[Instructions en francais se trouvent ci-dessous] Ingredients (10 servings): 1 lb ground pork. 1/2 can tomato sauce. 4 cups (1 lb) frozen peas. 1 large or 2 medium garlic cloves, minced. 1/2 medium onion, chopped. 2 T oil. 1/2 t salt. 1/4 t pepper. Fry onions in oil; add garlic and stir. Add pork and fry until uniformly cooked. Add salt, pepper, peas, tomato sauce and enough water to cover by 1/2". Cover and cook over medium-high heat until sauce has reduced, approximately 30 minutes. Serve hot over rice. Francais Ingredients (10 couverts): 500g porc hache, 1/2 boite de sauce tomate, 500g petits pois, 2 gousses d'ail rape, 1/2 oignon hache, 2 cas huile, 1/2 cac sel, 1/4 cac poivre moulu. Faites frire l'oignon dans l'huile, puis ajoutez l'ail et remuez bien. Ajoutez le porc et laissez mijoter jusqu'a ce que la viande soit bien cuite. Ajoutez le sel, le poivre, les petits pois, la sauce de tomate et assez d'eau pour couvrir le tout. Mettez le couvercle et laissez cuire sur feu moyen jusqu'a la reduction de la sauce, environ 30 minutes. Mangez avec du riz.
