I never liked chocolate chip cookies growing up. They were so bland and boring, usually bought from the store. But by parent rarely baked. Oh my goodness, homemade chocolate chips are so good. They are simply divine and do not require as much sugar as most recipes would suggest. Subscribe: www.youtube.com Facebook: www.facebook.com Twitter: www.twitter.com Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients: 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup raw sugar 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/4 applesauce 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 2 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup chocolate chips Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line two cookies sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, use a wooden spoon to stir together brown sugar, raw sugar, vegetable oil, applesauce, and vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar. Add all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Though dough will be thick. Fold in chocolate chips, then use a cookie scooper ( or just your hands) to shape cookie dough balls about 2 inches wide. Place them on to the cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly. BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 1 + 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar 1 large egg 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana (1 large banana) 1 cup rolled oats 3 cups of chocolate chips & chocolate morsel peices Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl; set aside. Put butter and sugars into the bowl. Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined. Mix in banana. Add flour mixture; mix . Stir in oats and chocolate chunks. Using a 1 1/2-inch ice cream scoop, drop dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, spacing about 2 inches apart. We prefer our recipe to some of the super-rich and super-sweet recipes out there. We like to make healthy ingredient choices, like using whole wheat flour, but here we only use half whole wheat). Here's the recipe (provided by Raselhop): (T. = tablespoon, t. = teaspoon, c. = cup) MIX: 1 stick butter (softened), 1 c. sugar/brown sugar, and 1 t. vanilla ADD AND MIX: 1 egg and 1-2 T. milk ADD AND MIX: 2 c. flour and 1 t. baking soda AND about 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips Bake at 350°F for about 14 minutes. And be quick about it. Your friends are waiting.

Super crunchy yet chewy...the chocolate melts in your mouth! Here's the Recipe if you're interested. The BEST Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients: -1 stick regular crisco -1 cup white sugar -1 tsp salt -1 tsp baking soda -2 eggs (large or jumbo) -1 cup brown sugar, packed -2 cups AP flour Steps: 1. Mix the crisco and white sugar together with a mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes till creamed together. 2. Add the salt, baking soda, eggs and brown sugar. Mix again on medium for 1 minute or until incorporated. 3. Add the flour and mix with the mixer until both cups are incorporated. 4. Stir in an entire bag of semi-sweet chips by hand. 5. Roll into balls larger than golf ball size, but smaller than a small lemon, about 6 should fit on one cookie sheet at a time. Leave room because they get HUGE!! 6. Bake at 345 for 14-14.5 minutes. 7. Chew, Smile, Enjoy!!!
