You can half the recipe to just make 8 crescent chicken rolls. Enjoy! 2 c. chopped chicken 6 oz. cream cheese (leave out to soften a little) 6 large, fresh mushrooms (can use canned) Salt and Pepper to taste 2 pkgs. large crescent rolls outside: 1c. melted butter 1 small pkg. stuffing mix (could prob. use half the bag) 1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

The turkey burgers are so delicious, you have to taste it to believe - I found the turkey burger recipe on sparkpeople.com, but I modified it slightly (no mayo or hot sauce). I sound nervous.. but it's just because I recorded it in one shot so I was trying my best not to mess up XD FIND ME ON: - Twitter: www.twitter.com - My Blog: www.balletandpinkroses.blogspo... - Formspring www.formspring.me INGREDIENTS: - 1-2 cups of Catelli Smart Pasta Rotini (You can use any kind) - 1 Avocado - 2 mini cucumbers - About 2 or 3 large Boccochini cheese balls - a good handful of baby tomatoes (about 1/2 the basket) - 1 TBSP oil (I used Canola) - spices (as you like, I used garlic powder, onion powder, salt) *I would say this serves 4* Watch the video to see how it's made! It is super simple to make, but very yummy, hearty, but nutritious! :) Remember to have fun when cooking!
