Herbal teas are imperative with this condition. Especially the green, white and bark teas like Pau de Arco Taheebo tea. Great natural cleansing agents.Studying the normal ratios of homeostasis in the body such as alkaline/acid and yeast/bacterial levels would be very helpful also. ******************* Recently to add to my problems ..i have found i am allergic to wheat, barley, rye and sometimes oats..basically gluten! So now I add gluten-free foods to the list of foods I can eat. I have less gas, bloating, fatigue,brain fogs and more regular stools. Distilled water is best...but make sure you get your minerals supplementally.There are minerals that are more easy to assimilate than others...I use either liquid minerals or these teabag like type of infusion packets that you can drop in your distilled water gallon container. ****************************** Now Iam not a doctor and so I recommend that you always listen to new advice and run it by your doctor...Sometimes doctors just want you to take meds and never just do things the natural way only.
