Dish' main reason for eating: Protein Calories Carbs If the best lean meat is used (97/3 or leaner), there is little amount of fat. If you use 50/50 lean, obviously half of your meat will be fat, make the right choice in what you're looking for. Prep Time: 20min-1hr depends on preparation. Here is one of the dishes I make, along with some nice music :) Big shout out to the New Year's Resolution athletes, along with the athletes whom have exercised with me already. My little sister helped me a lot with this video, if you see her, say thanks, without her, I wouldn't have recorded any of this. Ingredients: Lean (very lean preferably) beef Seasoning (your choice) Lemon Lettuce Cilantro Onion Avocado Sweet Potato (or regular, your choice, but regular only needs about 2 minutes in the microwave) Flour/Wheat Tortillas OR White/Wheat Bread Extras: You can swap out the cilantro for some celery leaves or even chunks of the stem. It's a lot of fun to give this plate to others who don't eat vegetables at all and then you serve them this and they love the amount of flavor in it. Priceless :)

I think the only time you miss something important is when I say that I used 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper.

Almost any veggies will do......in this video I've used carrots, green beans, broccoli and asparagus. Sprinkle seasonings to taste. CARROTS: Brown Sugar, Pepper, Butter (Grill for about 15-20 minutes, or until tender). BROCCOLI: Parmesan, Pepper, Butter (Grill for about 10-15 minutes, or until tender) GREEN BEANS: Chopped Shallots, Chopped Mushrooms, Pepper, Butter (Grill for about 15-20 minutes, or until tender). ASPARAGUS: Almonds, Pepper, Butter (Grill for about 5-10 minutes, or until tender). DO NOT over cook your veggies. Soft and mushy is NO GOOD. Retain as many nutrients as possible. Eat them as crispy and as fresh as you can.

Here are the ingredients for my famous Chicken and Veggie Dish! Enjoy! 2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips 1 small vidalia onion, 1 red peppers cut into strips 1 yellow peppers cut into strips 1 orange peppers cut into strips 1/2 cup portabello mushrooms 2 tbsp balsmic vinegar 2tbsp lemon juice 4 tbsp of your favorite wine ( i did it with moscato) 4tbsp flour 1 cup chicken broth 2 tbsp olive oil Instructions In a skillet add olive oil and pam spray, then toss in chicken breast, cooking until browned. Add in all of the vegetables, and cook on medium high heat, tossing frequently. In a bowl on the side, mix together balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, white wine, flour and broth. Pour mixture over chicken and veggies and reduce heat. Let stand for about 5 minutes and then serve over 1/2 cup of brown rice (or no rice if you prefer.) Serves 1-4 depending on the portions you want. REALLY REALLY GOOD!! Makes 5 servings @ 4 points per serving
