To see the entire recipe, click on the "more info" link above this text. 3/4 cup Beef TVP + 1 cup ground beef or 1 1/2 cups Beef TVP 1 minced onion or 1/2 cup THRIVE dehydrated minced onion 2-3 cloves fresh garlic 2-3 cans diced tomatoes 2-3 {or one large} cans tomato sauce 1 T. dried Basil {or 1 small handful minced fresh} 1 t. dried Oregano {or 2-3 T. minced fresh} 2 cups prepared THRIVE Beef Bouillon, less if using fresh onion Rehydrate Beef TVP in prepared THRIVE Beef Bouillon, set aside while moisture absorbs Meanwhile, if using part fresh Beef, brown in a medium to large stockpot over medium heat Drain fat, and add onion and garlic. Continue to saute until onions are translucent Add in rehydrated Beef TVP Add all other ingredients, and salt if needed to taste. Simmer for about 20 minutes up to several hours, stirring occasionally. Can transfer to a crock pot to simmer all day Use sauce to serve over a variety of pasta, to make into lasagna or chicken Parmesan. Freezes well!

This is our home food storage. we also have another room with all of our non food items that i will upload later. we designed our pantry this way because we did not have much space. The shelves on the two walls are self rotating so it makes it easier to keep only fresh food. Hope this helps give you some storage ideas.
