No smoker - No Problem! It's easy to smoke meat on the grill. Let me show you how. Are you craving the taste of some good ole smoked meat but don't have a smoker? No problem, With a little set up, your charcoal grill can double as a smoker and before you know it, you will be serving up a juicy, tender, smoked meat supper. Here, Let me show you how to do it. STEP 1. Soak your wood chips in water. They need to soak for at least 1 hour before they are used. Better yet, put em in water the night before. hickory, oak, and mesquite can produce quite strong flavors. STEP 2. Prepare your meat for the grill. Rub with some good authentic seasoning. You want the meat to be at room temperature when it goes on the grill. STEP 3. Clean the grill and lower the cooking rack as low as possible and get it ready for a long smokey journey. STEP 4. Pile up some charcoal on one side of your grill, OPPOSITE END of the exhaust and light the sucker up. STEP 5. Place a drip pan on the other end of the charcoal and fill it half way up with water or even try some apple juice or beer. The liquid will help keep the meat from dehydrating. STEP 6. Close the lid, open all the vents and allow your grill to heat up and kill off any critters that might be in there. STEP 7. Now that the charcoal is Good-N-Hot, sprinkle some of your soaked wood chips directly on the hot charcoal. STEP 8. Place the meat so it is directly over the drip pan and close the lid. TIP: *Keep the temperature of the grill a consistent ...

Pulled Pork can be found on a lot of restaurant menus, and the finished product has come to mean a lot of things to a lot of people. smoke & Spice owner, Ryan Odette, explains how we smoke our pork butts to produce one of our most popular menu items. Just know that if you go to a restaurant and get a sloppy mound of heavily sauced pork shards on a bun, that's braised pork, not true southern-style smoked pulled pork.

www.bushelandabasket.com How to smoke a pork roast on a Treager smoke
www.bushelandabasket.com How to smoke a pork roast on a Treager smoker Grill is easy and a great was to treat your friends. We took this smoked pork roast and made pulled pork out of it. Rene's aunts are in from California and Texas. We just added our KC barbeque sauce to it and shared it with them. They just loved the flavor of the meat in fact one of the family members brought a smoked brisket and they like it better than the brisket even though the brisket had a very nice smoked flavor. We use the rub recipe I have on my YouTube site so feel free to use it next time you smoke some meat.

how to make a smokebomb... but w8, how to make the mixture? i know how to make the mixture BUT the store which i usually buying the potassium nitrate chemical, they are not supplied with that chemical. they told me that the company banned it. awww... sorry guys T^T here's how to make the mixture. heres what you will need potassium nitrate (PN) sugar baking soda (BS) pot any material to stir the mixture while cooking container (paper tube and the like) make a ratio of PN and sugar. about 5:3 // 5 parts sugar : 3 parts PN when they're well mixed, put it in the pot.. you need to caramelize the sugar. but not too fast. it may blow in your face. ( low heat) patience.. when it looks like chocolate (light brown / brown) , add some baking soda.. BUT/.. when adding BS , just a little. so it will slow down the combustion of your smoke grenade.. but too much BS, its harder to light up. mix it well.. and then, put it in a container. leave it for 1 hour. and you're ready to fire it up.. based on my personal experience, if you store it, after 2-3 days. you'll see some oil settling on the top side of the mixture later on. its normal.. its the sugar emitting oil. :D be safe while cooking. oh.. cook it on a well ventilated area, dont breath the smoke. this vid is made by Shooting Eggs Productions i forgot to place it here thanks!!

Thumbs up! :) I found this recipe here: tastyislandhawaii.com Scott gave me the best compliment -- said that mine (this) was way better than any of the smoked pork he has been buying at the farmers market/makeke (fair). However, in my opinion, my nephew's is better. Some day we will be doing this together! The meat: Pork Butt, 5 lbs. or more, preferably boneless (easier to cut into steaks) Hawaiian Salt (rock salt) The marinade*: Shoyu (use your favorite brand), 3 cups Sugar, 1-2 cups Fresh Ginger, 1 large finger, minced Fresh Garlic, 5 large cloves, minced Hawaiian Chili Pepper, 3 pieces, minced Follow video or go to website for instructions. Basically, salt the meat, marinate. smoke it for a few hours.

This is a short video of how to make a no-Ferment, no-smoke Domestic Oven Cooked Thuringer. With the binder in it, you may also make it with venison or even a 50/50 mix. In it, a single log from 80:20 ground chuck was made. The process excludes the addition of coarse ground venison to the recipe that would improve the texture. Instead, this clip is concentrated on the mixing, and cooking process in a residential environment. Additional comments on pH are included. Stuffing, slicing and packing are touched on lightly using a 9" commercial slicer and residential vacuum sealer. The recipe is available at the end. -- recipe edit.
