seafood Pot Pie For the filling ½ stick of butter 2 garlic cloves, diced 1 sweet onion, diced 2 celery stalks, chopped fine 1 tsbp. flour 1 cup chopped portobello mushrooms 1 medium diced potato 2 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning 2 cups heavy cream 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce ¼ tablespoon hot sauce 1 tablespoon fresh black pepper 2 cans cream of potato soup ½ cup fresh corn kernels ½ pound large sea scallops ½ pound large peeled and deveined shrimp 1 grouper fillet, chopped into cubes 1 cup lump crab meat For the crust 1 box Pillsbury Pie Crust 1 egg, beaten For garnish 6 large head on shrimp 5 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning, plus extra for dusting Preheat oven to 325. Place butter in a large skillet and add garlic and finely chopped onion and celery. Cook until onions are clear. Add flour, portobello mushrooms and diced potato, and cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add heavy cream and Worcestershire, hot sauce and black pepper. Stir until everything is mixed together well. Finally, add the cream of potato soup and corn to the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and the potatoes are soft. Add scallops to pot and stir. Unroll one of the pie crusts and place in a deep-dish pie plate. (You could also try making individual pot pies.) Scatter shrimp, grouper and crab meat over crust. Pour filling over the top. Cut the second pie crust into 1-inch strips and weave atop filling in pie plate. Brush the lattice crust with the beaten egg. Bake for 35 minutes until crust ...

Ingredients Needed: 1 Bag of Beacon Light Oven Series Scallops 1/4 cup of mustard 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon honey Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove frozen product from packaging and place on cooking sheet. Cook for approximately 16-18 minutes. For a more cripsy taste, cook for 30 minutes. If you have not tried this classic seafood vegetable nabe, you must! This is a delicious traditional comfort Japanese seafood vegetable stew, its perfect for both hot and cold weather climates. In addition, eating together from a shared pot is considered an important feature of nabemono; in East Asian culture, eating from one pot makes for closer relationships. The Japanese thus say, Nabe (w)o kakomu (鍋を囲む、"sitting around the pot"), implying that sharing nabemono will create warm relations between the diners who eat together from a shared pot.
