Recorded this in November and forgot to upload it, whoops, my bad...that's why I comment on having Christmas music on already, lol. This is one of my FAVORITE recipes. So easy and yum! You can play around with how much almond milk and strawberries to add to suit your preference. Day 3 is much better than Day 1, it's getting easier. I incorporated a Protein Shake in the AM for breakfast, soup for lunch and either soup or salad with light dressing for dinner. In 3 short days (ok, maybe the 1st day was LONG) I have managed to loose 3 heavy pounds! Good news. Thanks to all who have subscribed to my channel and for all of your words of encouragement and support. Thank you!

I came across a little gadget in the store made by Wonder Bread that cuts the crust off of sandwiches and seals the edges. It is called sanwich sealer 'n' decruster. My mind started wandering, or should I say continued wandering and I remembered Elvis Presley used to make fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches, I never knew how he did that. I thought at first I could make some of those fried sandwiches with this gadget as it sealed the edges up. However, I am trying to lose a little weight so decided to make a home made toaster snack pop tart with the gadget. It worked pretty good. The video shows the very first time I used it. The bread was too thick to pop up but I tried it again with some cheese and egg and it worked out fine, you have to have very fresh bread to seal the edges. This makes a pretty neat little toasted snack. Elvis birthday is on January 8. Make a sandwich for him on his birthday. If you like my videos, pleae subscribe. Check out my channel, I have over 100 unusual DIY and Home made and outdoor videos and add more weekly. If you like to sell on eBay, I also have a fun to read book on Amazon titled A Simple Happy eBay Job. www.amazon.com Thanks for watching everybody and don't foget to go out and get away from the computer and have some fun and maybe make some vidoes of your own.

The key thing to know about the little fishcake gadget is that it allows you to form a pattie or cake with low cost fresh vegetables that will stay together in the pan without adding a large amount of a binder like flour or meal to keep it from crumbling. This improves the taste tremendously. In this video I am making Chicken patties. The ingredients for today were one cooked chicken breast minced. optional One minced medium onion One grated baking potato , you can use regular potatoes two grated carrots one minced clove of garlic-optional one handful of chopped fine fresh parsley optional one egg- I have made it without eggs but with egg is better 1/3 cup of corn meal- you can substitute wheat flour a large tablespoon of ground flax seed to reduce moisture-optional, you can also use bread crumbs two minced extra fine stalks of celery red pepper flakes optional salt and pepper I did not add any today but if you have mushrooms they work very well Use low heat in a lightly oiled pan with a loose fitting lid turn the patties as soon as the bottom is firm enough to flip. The secret is to cook in low heat that will cook the vegetables but not over brown or burn the outside of the pattie. Baking is an option but you will not get the same great taste as when slow cooked in the pan. You will have to turn them over twice. You can use any fresh garden vegetable or greens, I would not use tomato as it has too much water. Ground flax seed or bread crumbs will reduce the moisture if ...
