In fact, I'm 7 times smarter than both Albert Einstein and Sir Isaac Newton combined, but I'm 50 times less smarter than Paris Hilton. Now, I'm going to tell you how to make a paleo friendly minced turkey and egg Sandwich. Ingredients for the sandwich bun, you'll need some finely crushed unsweetened coconut. You can make some, by dumping a bunch of shredded coconut in a blender. And you'll also need, one large egg, plus some olive oil for frying. Ingredients for the sandwich patty, you'll need some pre cooked minced turkey, fried egg, some mushrooms, and lettuce. To make the sandwich bun, place egg and coconut in a bowl, and combine well. If you mix them well enough, the mixture will turn into a decent batter. Use olive oil to fry the mix, and mould it into pancakes shape. You will need the following ingredients...½ Cup of coconut milk, 1 Large onion, 1 stalk celery, ½ Tablespoon of red curry paste, 1 Table spoon of olive oil, ½ Cup of walnuts, 1 ¼ Cups of carrots, 2 Cups of water, drizzle of honey, and couple pinches of white pepper. Directions...First you sauté the celery and onion. Next, put in the walnuts and carrots, and sauté once again for about 5 minutes. Pour 2 cups of water, close the lid, and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. Now place them in a blender, pour the coconut milk, and blend away until the ingredients become soupy. Great for paleo breakfasts and paleo snacks. ****Recipe is from LeanMachineNYC.com***** ---- Ingredients A dozen eggs Chopped vegetables Chopped cooked meat Splash of water (for fluffiness) Salt & Pepper You'll also need: A pitcher A non-stick muffin tin Preheat oven to 350 degrees Chop a variety of vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, asparagus, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, etc. Anything you have on hand will work. If you choose to use meat, such as bacon, cook it first. Break the eggs into a pitcher. Add a splash of water and season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour a small amount of the egg mixture into the muffin tin (fill each about 1/3 full). Sprinkle the meat and vegetables of your choice into the tin and then cover with more egg mixture. Place fish on grill and cook 3-4 minutes or until cooked. To make the salsa, place macadamias, tomatoes, avocado, coriander, and parsley in a mixing bowl, combine well. Add olive oil to coat.
