Ingredients- 400gm paneer 1 cup yoghurt, beaten well ½ cup coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp mint leaves finely chopped 1 inch cinnamon stick 2-3 bay leaves 2-3 green cardamoms& cloves each 1 tsp cumin powder ½ tsp garam masala 2 tbsp coriander powder 2-3 tbsp ghee / butter Salt to taste 2 cups water 1 tbsp black peppercorns powdered coarsely 2 tbsp fresh cream To make paste: 3 onions sliced 3 garlic pods 1 inch ginger chopped 2 green chillies Preparation- Firstly to make a paste cut the onions and fry them till golden brown,3 garlic pods,ginger and 2-3 green chillies and blend them in a mixer. A smooth paste is made. Now add the butter and heat it up, add cinnamon,cloves, cardamom,bay leaves and fry them, now add the paste which we made earlier and mix it well. Add the yoghurt,coriander powder,cumin powder,salt and mix it well Now add water, paneer,mint,coriander leaves, black pepper,fresh cream and garam masala.
