Guest Co-host Silvana Mastrolia. Food being cooked is Chicken Marsala. Chicken Marsala Dip chicken breast in flour. Spray pan. Heat, add some olive oil. When hot, add chicken. When white appears near top, flip. About a minute later, add marsala wine to pan. After about a minute, flip chicken, and add mushrooms. Continue to cook depending on thickness of chicken.
