Key lime Pie is made by Chef Remy in this short video. It is easily one of the best tasting recipes you will ever make. This is a basic recipe that you can try anytime. The pie shell is bought since it was so inexpensive and easy to acquire. The Key lime juice was also bought in a bottle since Key limes are not readily available everywhere. INGREDIENTS: 1 Pastry for one-crust graham cracker pie shell - 1/2 cup bottled key lime juice - 4 egg yolks from large eggs - 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk - fresh limes for garnish - whipped cream for garnish METHOD: Set oven for 350 degrees middle rack. In a mixer bowl, pour sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and four egg yolks. Blend at medium speed for one minute or until well blended. Pour into unbaked graham cracker pie shell. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until center is set. Cool for 15 minutes on a trivet. Place in refrigerator for at least two hours before garnishing with whipped cream and lime slices.

Thanks for watching!! 1-2 layer white cake mix 6 tablespoons butter, softened 1/4 cup lime juice 1 large egg 1 tablespoon grated lime peel 1 cup sweetened flake coconut Combine cake mix, butter, lime juice, egg and lime peel together in a large bowl with a spoon or electric mixer. Stir in the coconut until well combined. Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on a greased/parchment lined/silicone mat lined cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 9-12 minutes until set and light brown on bottom. I used an insulated cookie sheet and they took closer to 15-18 minutes to bake properly. This makes 3 dozen small cookies or one dozen larger cookies (like in the video).
