for those of you who live in non-combos-selling locations, they are salty snack pretzels [the crunchy kind, not the soft kind] filled with something that is supposed to be cheese. all that said, plus two days of trying to upload on a glitchy youtube, i have to say these are marvelous. not because i have to say that about everything, but because they are. :) thanks for watching, friends! me on facebook: www.facebook.com

and for the next five tuesdays, it will be your choice : ) what i did today: brown 5 slices of thick cut bacon in a skillet. remove bacon, place on paper towels set aside meanwhile, boil about 10 small red potatoes whole, drain and set aside to cool enough to handle remove [or remove and store for later use] all but a coating of bacon fat from the skillet. add one large white onion to the pan, sliced thinly saute 5 mins add one large apple of choice, thinly sliced. saute all til soft and brown slice potatoes and place in mixing bowl. add onions and apples. stir in approx 1 and 1/2 cups sour cream. add 1/2 tsp salt black pepper as desired 1/2 teaspoon celery salt 1/2 tsp turmeric blend well, place mixture in casserole dish, crumble bacon on top place, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 30 mins or til golden and hot throughout this is reallllly good and flavorful. mom thinks so too! a great side dish for steak or chops, etc. thanks for watching be sure and leave me the 5 ingredients you'd like me to try in the comment section. : )

If you like FAIL, watch this. The may have worked if my oil was hotter and if i didn't try and do so many at once. if i had flipped it faster and pulled it out of the oil faster it might have held together. the blob you see at the end tasted great but was oil-logged because i didnt grab a slotted spoon. some of the marshmallow caramelized on the outside of the chocolate crust and even made a spun sugar kind of effect. shoulda, coulda, would, this CAN be done, I just wasn't prepared enough for the eventualities. that doesn't mean i will try it again... but i will do something with marshmallow and PB again - believe it! :)

incredible. that is all. :) feel fee to send me [pm easier than comment section] a fave recipe [not zucchini but anything else hehe] of yours and i might make it. can't do them all, but would love to pick a few of your faves and try them! thanks for watching and thank you bellagrace714 :) thumbs up for a quick dish that tastes kinda like cheese souffle! the recipe bellagrace sent me: Zucchini Patties 5 tbsp. Bisquick 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 eggs 2 tbsp. butter (or oil if preferred) 2 c. zucchini- grated Blend the Bisquick, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; add the eggs. Add the grated zucchini to the above mixture, making a batter. Melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat and pour batter into pan/griddle in to pan cakes. Fry 3 minutes on each side. Serve while warm. They are a delicious new way of serving a vegetable. Makes 8-10 fritters. (Hint: Sprinkle Parmesan on them before eating... yummo! I usually keep 2 cups of grated zucchini in the freezer on hand for whenever I want to make these.)

beth, proprietor of www.youtube.com/user/CookingandCrafting channel, inspired me to do at least a half dozen versions of her spaghetti pie so far. such a wonderful entree to play around with or make just the way she does! link that will take you directly to the vid that started the craze in my house: www.youtube.com there are so many sauces and toppings you can use/invent to top this base, but here is what i did today: cook 14 ounces linguini al dente [you may use any pasta, any shape you like] and toss well with 2 beaten eggs and about 2/3 cup of parmesan, salt and pepper and cover the bottom of a cooking-sprayed glass, 9X13 inch, baking dish. top with about 4 cups of any sauce you like. today i mixed 2 cups of homemade vegetarian chili and one large jar of marinara arrabiata. mix well one container of ricotta (14 or 16 ounces, whatever you find in your store that is about 2 cups) with one egg, salt, pepper, two finely chopped garlic cloves (i forgot to mention those in the vid i think... sheesh!) and about a half cup of chopped green olives with pimento. dollop that all over the top of pie and spread careful so that it doesn't mix in with the sauce. top entire pie with about 2 cups of any shredded cheese you like. bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. wait at least 10 [better 15] minutes before serving to get nice squares and not scald the heck out of your diner's mouths ;) my guests loved it! and they loved the beans from the chili, something i worried about. thanks for ...

with whipped cream and Lucky Charm topping. this one is so good i will do it again as a real cake with real frosting. it tastes just like cap'n crunch, subtle but definite, and then with the vanilla of the whipped cream/icing and the Lucky Charms, it tastes like a giant gooey bowl of cereal in cake form. yummmmmmmmmmm! will let you know when i make the cake, which will be very soon! thanks for watching all my vids - i really enjoy our interaction. :)
