Eating outdoors is always enjoyable for me. A quick and easy option is Super Noodles and what I like to do is crush them up and put them in a zip lock bag. This makes them easier to eat and cook if you have a small cup like the Tatonka. In addition I add a Cup A Soup to the noodles, this time it was Chicken, essentially making Chicken Noodle soup. It was good, next time I will use a bit less water. I may try some bouillon cups in the future. Thanks for watching. Bye for now.

Aloha Sangha! A lot going on in the world of Brother Echo today here's a little look into some of the days activities. Today like most days Tazzy and I headed out to hit the trails for a nice run. After our run which was spectacular by the way we went to Whole Foods to pick up some produce for a killer salad. Once back in casa Brother Echo got his experimentation on and sauteed pumpkin seeds, green onions, red onions and diced yellow squash in coconut oil. It should also be noted lots of turmeric and pepper were added as well. Aside from the sauteed goodness lots of lettuce, broccoli, cilantro and avocado were diced and sliced as the raw portion of this yummy salad. Oh I can't forget I added sesame oil and lots of spiralina powder to boost this salad from ordinary-whomp-whomp-salad to super-food-boom-boom-salad. Today was kick ass! Now I'm packing boxes as I'm moving at the end of the month (to where yet, I don't know) and have barely packed a thing! Now you know why the title of this post is "hiking, Salad and SHENANIGANS"! Wish me luck. Loving you all so much! PLUR -BE :-)

Cook Beef Stroganoff with Noodles in 5 minutes. Its the middle of the Quebec wilderness with no stove, no refrigerator and we are testing another novel food product. We did not think this would work for the Econo Challenge but would make an excellent emergency meal that can be stored for long periods of time without refrigeration. Great for the cottage or hunting camp. Please remember to rate this video.
