I made a miserable mistake, but the cake is still freaking awesome. I did not use the self rising flour. Don't skip it-make sure you use it. This is why my cake didn't rise. HOWEVER, as I said yum. It is Tammy & Max's birthday! www.youtube.com She has awesome recipes, cupcakes, quilling, crafting tutorials. Martha ain't got nothing on this girl! 3 Cups self-rising flour 2 Cups granulated sugar 3/4 Cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup chopped pecans 2 very ripe large bananas -- mashed 1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp ground cinnamon 4 large eggs, beaten ICING RECIPE 1 pound box confectioners' sugar 8oz package cream cheese- room temp 6 tbs butter, softened 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbs milk, more if needed 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans Preheat oven to 325* Grease and flour three 8 inch round cake pans. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, oil, 1/2 cup pecans, bananas, pineapple, vanilla, cinnamon and beaten eggs. Stir well until smooth. Pour batter into the 3 pans and bake for 26-28 min, or until tops spring back. Let cool in pans for 10 min. Then cool on racks completely. Make the icing by mixing the sugar, cream cheese, butter, vanilla and 1 tbs milk in a large bowl with an electric mixer. Mix until smooth. If needed add more milk, 1 tsp at a time for proper spreading consistency. Ice between each layer and on the top and sides. Sprinkle the top with pecans. Keep refrigerated.

"Sometimes your day just needs sprinkles" - @mrjingjong (TheAimlessCook) RIP Snoopy facebook.com twitter.com youtube.com happy Cookies Recipe by Jenny Kelley @iloveflavor 1 stick butter (1/2 cup) at room temperature (softened) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 large egg 1 box yellow cake mix (gluten free) sprinkles (a lot of them) Add all ingredients together (sprinkles last) and stir until a slightly sticky dough (add almond/coconut milk if too dry, add coconut flour if too wet). Turn oven to 350 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Roll spoon size pieces in sprinkles. Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Enjoy, smile, laugh, and don't forget to lick the bowl :) There are good days, bad days, then there are those worst-day-of-your-life days. For me, that day for June 27, 2012. It was a beautiful, crystal clear - bright and sunny day - but on that day the light of my life suddenly disappeared. Snoopy, my sweet 7 year old tail wagging, bright eyed, smart and sweet baby, Snoopy died that day - and the word "devastated" doesn't even come close to the way I feel. Losing someone you love is never easy - but for me, it's like I've lost my only friend, my true love and only child - all in one day. The numerous Doctors, specialists and surgeons did all they could, Snoopy fought his hardest, but the dog bite he received during the attack that I mentioned before proved to be lethal - and could not be beat. Of course we step into a new stage, being an age we've never been so I figured... i'll try something i've never tried that I want to try... and eat! LOL. happy BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!!! ...Sorry I forgot to list you need 1 egg too!!! Batter Mix: 1 Egg 1 1/2 cups flour 3/4 cups water have a separated plate for flour roll your freezed (thin slices..) of pound cake and tempura ice cream rolled into a ball in the middle.. that's in the freezer out... roll it into flour, then dip in your batter mix... fry in pot of oil for 20-30 seconds! EAT yum!
