NOTE: In the insanity of activity that is a one man cooking show I thought the camera had recorded me adding chicken stock and wine to deglaze the sautoir. Add about 1/2 c stock and 1 c sauvignon blanc to the pan, a tbl of the spice mix, reduce by half, strain into hot pan to remove solids...and that when the video picks back up. Eventually a full recipe will appear here: hubpages.com where I also have a number of essays and a million things to do to get it up to the caliber I want, but I have about 40 hubs and I hope you'll check them out

There was rice, shallots, "poitrine" (pork), eggs, mushrooms, corn, tomatoes, vinaigrette and so on. We rented a 17th century house in Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne for a week. I still find French appliances tricky. I am from the USA. My other YT channel is CUTECATFAITH, and on Dailymotion, I post under "LisaFalour." If you would like to rent this furnished house, which sleeps five, I can give you details. I gain nothing. I do not know the landlady personally but she was pleasant to deal with and the price was low.
