Create two heat zones on your grill by heating one half of the grill to medium-high and the other half to medium. 2.To open oyster shells: cook oysters, flat side of shell pointing up, over medium-high heat with grill lid closed for 3-4 minutes. 350g. di spaghettini 300g. di pomodori pelati 200 pomodori freschi ben maturi 200g. di burrata 80g. di olive taggiasche denocciolate 40g. di capperi sotto sale Pane grattugiato ½ cucchiaino di zucchero 2 spicchi d'aglio 1 rametto di basilico Origano Olio extra vergine oliva 4 cucchiai di parmigiano Peperoncino Sale Procedimento: Sbucciare l'aglio, lavare il basilico. Mettere i pelati in una casseruola e aggiungere un pizzico di sale, un po' di origano e il peperoncino, lo zucchero e l'aglio. Coprire il recipiente e cuocere il sugo a fiamma bassa per 30 minuti senza mescolare. Trascorso questo tempo, schiacciare i pomodori con un cucchiaio in legno, mescolare bene e proseguire la cottura per altri 15 minuti. Completare la salsa aggiungendo on goccio d'olio e le foglie di basilico preparate. Lessare la pasta in abbondante acqua bollente salata, dissalare i capperi e tritarli grossolanamente insieme alle olive. Scolare la pasta e condirla con il sugo di pomodori e il trito preparato. Ungere una pirofila e cospargerla con il pangrattato. Distribuire la pasta arrotolandola e formando 4 nidi, mettere al centro di ognuno un pezzetto di burrata e spolverare sopra ancora del pangrattato e un filo d'olio. Infornare a 220° per 10-12 minuti.

Ingredienti: 500g di pasta mista lunga 8 uova 1 tazzina di latte 200g di salame Napoli a cubetti o wurstel 150g di scamorza o fior di latte a cubetti 100 gr di grana o formaggio grana grattugiato sale e pepe olio extravergine di oliva per la padella Procedimento: Cuocere la pasta in abbondante acqua salata (la pasta non deve essere ne' troppo al dente ne' troppo cotta) e scolarla bene. In una terrina sgusciare le uova, aggiungere il latte, sale, pepe, grana, e batterle bene, alla fine aggiungere il salame a cubetti e unire alla pasta, aggiungere anche i cubetti di scamorza e mescolare, intanto riscaldiamo una padella che possa contenere la pasta con un po' di olio extra vergine di oliva, quando è ben calda mettere la pasta preparata e lasciare andare finche non si sia fatta una bella crosta dorata rigirandola di tanto in tanto dai due lati. NB: non girare la frittata finche non si sia fatta la crosta dal lato a contatto con la padella.

my 100th video, and believe you me, I remind you of that a minimum of 100 times in this video hahaha! people, please believe me when I tell you that this may even be one of the top ten best-tasting things i have eaten in the past decade. buttery, salty, sweet, creamy, fluffy, crunchy, mapley CRAZY INSANE GOOD! The Recipe [a rare addition for me hehe] place about 2.5 cups of kettle corn or maple kettle corn in a plastic bag and crush with rolling pin but leave much of it whole [see vid] this should yield about 2 heaping cups of the corn. mix with 1/3 cup melted butter and 1/2 cup sugar. PAM bottom of 8 or 9 inch pie plate [i used 8 and you saw it really doesnt leave a dent to fill with filling, so 8 will give you thicker cream layer, 9 thinner.] and spread popcorn mix evenly on bottom. bake in 400-degree oven for ten minutes. cool completely in a dry [not humid] location you can use an 8-ounce container of cool whip or what i did: whip 8 ounces of whipping cream til stiff. while whipping, add about 1/4 tsp of cream of tarter, 1/4 cup sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla. add 1/2 a 14-oz can of sweetened condensed milk and about 1/4 cup fake maple syrup [real maple syrup will not taste as mapley, but choose as you wish] mix well, top cooled popcorn crust and chill 3 hours. decorate as you wish. prepare to go into food ecstasy. for real. thanks for watching, friends!
