The may have worked if my oil was hotter and if i didn't try and do so many at once. if i had flipped it faster and pulled it out of the oil faster it might have held together. the blob you see at the end tasted great but was oil-logged because i didnt grab a slotted spoon. some of the marshmallow caramelized on the outside of the chocolate crust and even made a spun sugar kind of effect. shoulda, coulda, would, this CAN be done, I just wasn't prepared enough for the eventualities. that doesn't mean i will try it again... but i will do something with marshmallow and PB again - believe it! :)(more)(less)
