For those who want to be in good shape, further to what i show in the vid, which is a very simple way of keeping yourself in good shape, not only thin and with your muscles strengthened but also this is good for your heart. Re the food some tips: Do not eat any kind of fried stuff, no carbohydrates, no sugar, no butter, and eat all the amount you want of fatless meat, vegetables, preferably avoid corn but it you eat no carbohydrate stuff, good enough, no grains or legume like beans, chickpeas, peas, etc, and one fruit per day as it contains a lot of sugar and legume convert into sugar same as carbohydrates. What I described here is a healthy diet and once you adopt it you change your eating habits like eliminating forever the fried stuff, carbohydrates eat the minimum unless you are a real sportsperson, then balance calories spent against calories gotten. In any event, you get used to eat lots of meat, or chicken, or turkey, fish, pork better to avoid as it's to caloric. Hope you lke the tips. Bye.
