Potatoes Any veggies you prefer Low fat/low sodium beef broth Seasonings (optional) Worcestshire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic salt Onions/garlic Cook on high for 4-5 hrs. Low for 7-8 hrs. Put the potatoes on the bottom because they take the longest to cook. *if you're using canned vegetables, put them in last and only for 1/2-1hr. (they don't take long to cook)* I had a cold, but I am better now :-) You don't HAVE to brown in first, you can put it in the skillet raw but I like to do it that way. I cannot stand the smell of it raw.
