I still didn't see that much improvement overall, so I compensated the low light with more with camera movement rather than expose the black areas which contain noise. This one contains audio of my wife speaking into the camera -- and just as I thought, the onboard mic is not very good. I definitely will be getting a shotgun mic for use with this camera in time. More tests and recipes to come in the future... so please subscribe! +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ PLEASE SUBSRIBE +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Ingredients for Bana Cream Pie are as follows: CRUST 1 and 2/3 cup of all purpose flour 1/2 tsp of salt 1 stick of unsalted butter 1/2 cup of ice water 1 bag of kidney beans 1 large egg (beaten for egg wash) BANANA CREAM PIE FILLING (custard) 4 large egg yolks 3 medium bananas 3 cups of whole milk 2/3 cup of sugar 5 TBSP of corn starch 1/4 tsp of salt 1 pint of whipping cream (any small tub of whipped topping may be used as well) STEP 1: PREPARE CRUST Cut butter into pieces. Add flour, salt and butter into mixing bowl and mix at medium speed for about 1 minute. Turn off mixer and slowly add small amounts (about 1/4 cup) of cold ice water to the mix, then turn mixer on again for another minute.
