1spoon genger

1 teaspoon of hot sauce(someone asked me to put hot sauce)
1/2 soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon italian sauce(someone requested me to add italian sauce.
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon onion seeds
recipe.
Add hot sauce, soy sauce, and italian sauce into the bowl with fish. Then fry the fish.
Put tomatos, parsley, bell pepper, or you can add any other vegetable that you like in the blender. Blend it well. Add oil, salt, red crushed pepper, termaric, and other spices in a pan. Then add the blended vegetables in the pan. fry them well. When the fish is ready, put it in the pan with vegetables. Cover it and let it simmer on medium heat. Many people have try this and I thank them for it.
Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Add everything and cook for 6 minute.
Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 16 minutes until are tender.
Add fish and shrimp. cook for 5 to 9 minutes. Pour the fish and shrimp soup in a bowl and serve while still warm.

(Spical part of the calf) 1/2kg ifyou dont have calf meat you can use cow meat .
Onions 3(cut into slices)
3 tomatos ..
1 tspn mathi seed
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Red chillies(half ground) To taste
Ginger Garlic paste 1Tbsp
Garam masalah To taste
salt To taste
Green chillies To taste
Ghee 1 cup
Flour 3 Tbsp r basen
half tsp onion seed
5 6 badam ya nuts powder
Water 2 cups.
Add salt, green chillies, red chillies, termiric powder, onion .seds ..tomato .carder powder, onion, ginger and garlic paste, aniseed and water to beaf.
Cook on medium heat till the beaf gets tender and .
Add ghee and stir well, cook for 5 more minutes.
Add a reasonable amount of water to form gravy.
In another bowl, take corn flour and add 1 2 Tbsps of water. Prepare a paste of it and add to the gravy.
Cook for 8 minutes while keep stirring till the gravy gets a bit thicker.
Add ginger slices and fresh carder, cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
