My recipe for making Meatballs Part 1 of 2 1 1/2 pound ground beef 1 pound ground porn Oregano Terragon Black pepper Salt 1 pound Celletani Pasta 26 ounces marinara sauce 14oz diced tomatoes 2 eggs 2 to 3 cups of bread crumbs. Mix together bread crumbs, and 1 teaspoon of terragon. In a large bowl, mix together pork, beef, bread crumbs, then mix together. Add eggs, mix really good. This process will form sort of a meat dough (lol) Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Roll into balls creating desired size meat ball. In a skillet add a couple fo tablespoons of olive oil, and add meatballs. Brown the beatballs but you do not want to cook them until completely down. Add into baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Oh yes this will give you time to clean, and cook the pasta. Cook pasta according to package directions and set aside. In pot add marinara sauce, crush tomatoes and meat balls. Cook on low for 10 minutes, stirring every few minutes. Add pasta stir and serve.

Fiesta Chicken Very simple recipe I got from a friend. A no measure recipe. Recipe follows: 2 - 4 chicken breast filleted and pounded thin 1 red bell pepper chopped 1 white or yellow onion chopped 1 table spoon minced garlic (optional, i did not use due to people allergy) 2 to 4 tablespoons of olive or veg oil 1 14 oz can of diced tomatoes with juices 1 can of corn drained of its juices salt pepper paprika Directions: Clean chicken breasts season each side with salt, pepper, paprika to taste. In a skillet heat oil cook chicken breast 2 - 3 minutes on each side depending on size, you do not want to cook them fully done. Remove chicken from pan set aside. In the skillet add onions and bell peppers, cook for 2 minutes. Add a 14 oz can of diced tomatoes with its juices, and a can of yellow corn drained. How to bake a whole chicken/hen Sorry guys the end got cut off some how, ill re-edit and re-post it. Cooking instructions: Cover the pan lightly with foil. Preheat your oven 450 degrees. Bake for 1 hour 25 minutes, then drop the temperature to 425 and bake for another 40 minutes. Remove from oven, and remove foil from the pan and place back in the oven at 400 degrees and let it cook for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top and skin is crisp. Remove from oven cover with foil again and let the chicken rest for 20 minutes to allow the juices to go back into the chicken. It will be crisp outside, moist and tender inside. The size of my hen was 6 pounds, the cooking instructions may vary depending on the size of hen used. Feel free to ask any questions or make requests. Please subscribe if you haven't already!
