Hotdogs may seem like a mundane grilling project, but since I grill them frequently, we needed a super fantastic awesome off the hook hotdog chili to serve on them. Over the past year or so, I have worked on perfecting mine and it basically ends with what you see in this video. It's simple. It's delicious. It's a MUST HAVE condiment for burgers, dogs, nachos, french fries, or whatever else you might want to put them on! The recipe is as follows: 1lb ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 1 1/4 cup ketchup 1/3 cup mustard 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 3 teaspoons sugar 1 tablespoon salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 bottle of your favorite beer Preheat a skillet to medium high and add your hamburger meat. Break it up and then add the onion. When the meat starts to brown, add the beer and reduce the heat to medium to reduce most of the beer out of the mix. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Cook uncovered until you reach your desired consistency over medium heat. Then cover and simmer on low for an hour. Serve immediately and freeze your leftovers! WARNING: Shounen-ai content. Don't like, don't watch. Simple enough. Anyway, I have thought about making a video like this for quite a while. I just thought that this song really fit the couple well. And I may be doing one later of Franz and Albert. It's just... there's not enough solid evidence of them, so it would be very hard. Budget Bistro is here to save the day! Informative and refreshing. We'll show you how to make a gourmet meal on a dime budget. With Host Eric Reinert, you will learn how to impress family & friends....and maybe a girlfriend/boyfriend or two! Ingredients: Approx 1 1/2 lbs Salmon 3/4 - 1 cup Spiced Rum 1/2 - 3/4 cup Brown Sugar Approx 1/4 cup Cilantro or to taste Cracked Black Pepper to taste Butter to taste Directions: Place the salmon in a foil lined pan. Pour the spiced rum into the pan with the salmon. Sprink the brown sugar on to the top of the salmon. Sprinkle the cilantro on top of the salmon as well. Crack some pepper (to taste) and then finally slice the butter into pads and place the pads of butter on the salmon. Place a sheet of foil over the top of the dish then place into the preheated oven (at 375º) about 30 minutes or until the fish is cooked. Remove the foil covering. Move oven rack closer to the broiler and turn the oven to broil. Place the uncovered dish back into the oven for 3-5 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy. This is a great dish for getting kids to love fish! Side Dishes: Our side dishes were grilled shrimp, salad and white rice cooked in chicken broth and spices.

www.imarriedanutritionist.com When I was a kid, I wouldn't eat eggs for two reasons. They looked gross, and they came from chicken butts, or somewhere down there. When I was a boy scout, I stomached eggs on camp-outs because there was lots of ketchup, and there was nothing else to eat for breakfast. It wasn't until I married a nutritionist that I truly understood what a great food source they were and that, if prepared right, eggs can be delicious. There's a lot of misinformation out there about eggs. Many people avoid them, or limit eating them, because they think it will send their cholesterol through the roof. Although egg yokes are high in cholesterol, and health experts in the past have told patients with cholesterol problems to avoid this food, nutrition experts, like my nutritionist, suggest that eating an egg a day is no problem for the majority of the population. There is a small percentage of the population that is effected by dietary intake of cholesterol. If you're one of those people, stick with the egg whites. Here are some other key things guys need to know about Eggs • They are one of the highest quality sources of proteins you can eat. • They contain Iodine and Selenium, both critical nutrients for thyroid hormones. • They contain Choline, which promotes brain health. • The egg whites contain loads of essential amino acids • The yolk contains Lutein which is an important nutrient for the eyes • They are one of few foods that contain Vitamin D which ...

Today I'm stepping a little outside the world of barbecue to make some fresh italian tomato sauce to use on pasta and other items. I have been 'studying' the art of making tomato sauce for a while and this sauce is a basic sauce that can be a base for many other types of tomato sauces. The recipe is as follows: 2 28oz cans of San Marzano tomatoes (or whatever you like) Olive Oil About 3/4 cup of finely chopped celery About 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion About 2 tablespoons of finely chopped carrots About 2 cloves of chopped garlic 3 to 4 leaves of coarsely chopped fresh basil Salt to taste Run the tomatoes through a food mill or food processor to puree them completely. Set aside. Cover the bottom of a pan with olive oil and bring to a medium heat. Add the chopped vegetables and garlic to the pan and saute for 5-7 minutes until the veggies are fairly translucent. Add the tomatoes and couple pinches of salt and bring to a soft boil over medium to medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat to low and add the chopped basil and simmer for 20-30 minutes uncovered. Let me know what you think!
