You can also find me on my beauty channel: www.youtube.com INGREDIENTS: ½ cup sugar ½ cup brown sugar ½ cup soft or crunchy peanut butter ¼ cup butter or margarine ¼ cup of shortening 1 large egg 1 ¼ cup all purpose flour ¾ tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt Mix sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, butter, egg in a large bowl. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt to the bowl and mix. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or foil and place it in the fridge for 2 hours to firm. Preheat oven to 375 Roll cookie dough into 1 inch balls and place them on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Optional: Use fork to create criss cross fork impressions. Here's my brill do-it-yourself version of almond butter. I mean, why spend $20.00 on an expensive jar of almond butter, when you can easily make your very own and fresh spread for a fraction of the cost? I simply took almond meal, salt and grapeseed oil and stirred them to a nice consistency like a peanut butter would be. You could add sugar if you preferred it a little sweeter. The same principle could be used, with hazelnut meal, sugar, vegetable oil, and melted chocolate (or cocoa?) to make a nutella-like sandwich spread. Thanks for watching! (•‿•) ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Not really a recipe, but a technique I guess. Fun and easy. I had some brownie pieces left over from this, so if you use a peanut butter cookie mix, I would get two of them. My breathing sounds loud in this mostly because the camera is literally only a couple of inches away from my face on a tripod on the counter. One of the reasons I like to do voice overs, better sound quality and consistency.
