Hey guys here is how I make the most delicious baby back pork ribs EVER. What you need: 1 rack of baby back pork ribs 2 bottles of BBQ sauce (WHATEVER KIND YOU WANT- YOUR FAVORITE) salt & pepper a baking dish (I use the tinfoil kind that you throw away because it makes for easy clean up) an oven tin foil THAT'S IT. Put the rack of ribs in the baking dish, use at least one entire bottle of bbq sauce to cover them with (the more the better!), make sure you cover every part of the ribs with bbq sauce and leave a big pool of bbq sauce in the middle. Cover TIGHTLY with tin foil making sure there are NO air leaks anywhere. Bake in the oven at 250 degrees F for 3 1/2 hours. You can open them up to check on them 1/2 way through if you want to add more bbq sauce but it is really not necessary. After 3 1/2 hours, take them out of the oven, and turn it up to 400 degrees F. Add more bbq sauce to the ribs and put back in the oven UNCOVERED for an additional 15-20 minutes (or longer, depending on how crispy you want the bbq sauce on top. I don't really like it crispy, so I only do 15 minutes) THEN EAT IT. It's so good. If I'm not bbqing and I'm making this for dinner, I usually pair it with uncle bens broccoli and cheddar rice. I forget what it's actually called but yea, it goes really well with this. I've also paired it with various kinda of potatoes (mashed, grilled) -- also is excellent with grilled corn on the cob... the list goes on and on. ribs are fucking delicious with anything ...
