Hainan-Rezepte: www.lecker.de Jasmine kocht leckeres Hainan. Dieses Gericht mit Huhn und Brühreis stammt ursprünglich aus der chinesischen Region Hainan, allerdings wurde es abgewandelt, sozusagen singapurisiert. Der Unterschied: Im Original wird das komplette Huhn in Brühe gekocht und anschliessend zerteilt. In Jasmines Variante aus Singapur werden entbeinte Hähnchenkeulen genommen und in einer Pfanne knusprig goldbraun gebraten. Nicht nur, dass es appetitlicher aussieht - es schmeckt auch besser!
